Meet our winter telethon callers
L to R: John, Ayesha, Radia, Naomi, Jess, Chloe, Beatrice
We are delighted to introduce our team of brilliant Univ graduates and undergraduates who will be reaching out to our OMs and friends of Univ this December in our winter telethon. Our team covers a variety of disciplines including PPE, Physics, Law, Music, History, Chemistry and Modern Languages. During the interview process we were blown away by their energy, passion for their subjects, and their belief in the value of our plans for the progress of Univ鈥檚 community.
Every year, Univ employs a number of Student callers to reach out to our Old Members throughout a series of telethons. These calling sessions are a wonderful way for us to reach out to our extended community and highlight the important changes and work that is being undertaken at the college. This telethon our students are looking forward to speaking to you about your memories of Univ, sharing their own experiences, and discussing the appeal for Early Years Support with you.

“I鈥檓 participating in the telethon as I鈥檓 excited for the opportunity to connect with our alumni while contributing to the campaign for a more accessible Univ!”
Tivona Yeung, 2020 BA in Jurisprudence.
Our callers are deeply excited to talk to you. This is as much an opportunity for them to connect with alumni, as it is an opportunity for our OMs to reconnect with Univ鈥檚 current students. We look forward to speaking with you soon!
If you have any questions about the upcoming telethon, please do get in touch at development@univ.ox.ac.uk.
